Dear Sir:--

TRACK laid into Pawnee. Passing, House and industrial tracks in Pawnee, completed. Wye will be completed to-morrow. Track between Glencoe and Pawnee is practically all unsurfaced. Will have surfacing gang at work Monday.

WATER SERVICE Water stations at Iowa City and Ripley completed. Small water tank one mile East of Stillwater completed. Pump erected one half mile West of Pawnee, pumping direct into Engine tank. Temporary tank will be erected at once.

BRIDGES Two Home Truss spans on East end of Cimarron river bridge completed-working on third span. Piers and abutments all completed. Piles all driven on Upper Stillwater bridge and driver working on Lower Stillwater. Will commence unloading iron girders, and I beam to-morrow.

FENCING On the E. O. Ry. Will be completed next week.

BUILDINGS and STOCK YARDS at Stillwater completed. Depot at Glencoe three-fourths completed. Depot at Pawnee will be started Monday.
