TO ALL CONCERNED;
On and after Wednesday, September 26th 1900, the office of Resident Engineer of the Eastern Oklahoma and Guthrie & Western Railways at Guthrie will be discontinued.
All matters dealing with the public will be handled by Mr. D. D. Bailey, Division Superintendent, AT&sf Ry at Wichita, Kansas.
All Engineering matters will be cared for by Mr W H Earl, Resident Engineer, AT&SF Ry, at Newton, Kansas.
Matters pertaining to all Bridges, Buildings, Water Service and Materials will be in charge of Mr. B. Cross, General Foreman, Bridges & Buildings, AT&SF Ry with office at Wichita, Kansas.
All track work will be under the direction of Mr. H Allen, Roadmaster, AT&SF Ry at Guthrie, O.T.
All matters requiring my personal attention will reach me if addressed to Ottawa, Kansas.
