See quit clain deed, Secretary's No. 12012, sold by the St. Joseph, St. Louis and Santa Fe Ry. Co.. (Santa Fe) reserving the right to use said right-of-way and operate trains over it until the first day of July 1898, and reserving and excepting from said grant all rails, ties, switches, switch stands, structures and appliances, located or placed there on by said party of the first part (Santa Fe) or in its behalf.
