Dear Sir:

This will introduce Mr. H. T. Richards, who is

to have charge of one of the survey parties in Oklahoma.

I would be glad if you could arrange to furnish

Mr. Richards with two hundred dollars for the expenses of

his party, charging same to the account of Major H. L.

Marvin, for expenses of surveys in Oklahoma and Indian

Territory.
