Dear Sir:-

Referring to authority for surveys of the Eastern Oklahoma Railway Co. I wish
you would write Major Marvin full instructions as to how the maps and alignments notes are to be made, and how these connections are to be tied up at the terminal of each section of 20 miles, so we can file the proper maps. You had better send Major Marvin a half- dozen copies, so he can send one to each of his assistants. These instructions should be full and complete and comer everything required in the rules and regulations.
