Herewith please find an approximate estimate of the cost of clearing, grubbing,
grading and road crossings on the Eastern Oklahoma Ry. From Section 3 to Section 20
inclusive.
This estimate includes all the items embraced in the contracts of A Moore, The
Shutt Improvement Co. And Sparr & Stubbs, although the last mile, (+20) on Sparr &
Stubbsâ contract has not yet been shown on the profile and is roughly estimated to cost
$2500.
