Dear Sir:-
I sent you herewith by registered mail D-672, the following tracings of
the Eastern
Oklahoma Railway, each in duplicate:
First; Line 3 first section, extending from the crossing of the Cimarron
River at
Neugent for 20 miles. Second; Line 3 second section, extending from end
of the first 20 mile section to and beyond Pawnee, a distance of 14.71
miles. Third; Station grounds at Pawnee.
These plats have been prepared to file in the Interior Department in
order to secure
necessary right of way Indian Lands and in accordance with the Act of Congress
approved March 2, 1899. Please execute each copy as President of the Company
and then return all to me so we can complete the filing.
