Dear Sir:

Please withold the estimates on the following work, until the contractors see fit to call around and sign up their contracts, or ask me to send them to some sddress, as I will be glad to do.

A. Moore 64, 65, 66 and 67.
W R Stubbs Cont. Co. 28, 32, 33, and 34
Shutt Improvement Co. 57, 58, 61, 62, and 63.
Ware & Maney. 59, 60, 71, 72, and 73.

All of them have been notified to do this, but I think the only way to get action is to withold money until someone of the firm signs contract.
