Russell:
Buildings: Section house complete, Bunk house complete.
Wells: Small well and pump complete.
Campbell:
Buildings: No. 9 Depot complete, No. 6 stock yards complete.
Wells: 6 inch well (no pump) complete.
Iowa City:
Buildings: No. 9 Depot complete, No. 6 stock yards complete
one bunk house complete, pump house under construction.
Wells: 20â well (walling complete).
Perkins:
Buildings: No. 8 Depot nine-tenths complete, one section house nine-tenths
complete, No. 6 stock yards nine-tenths complete.
Ripley:
Buildings: No. 8 Depot one-third complete.
Temporary water tank located at Little Stillwater creek near Mehan.
Fence complete, both sides of right-of-way, to Ripley.
