Guthrie, May 31, 1900.

On June 1st, at 12:01 A.M. the Operating Department of the Oklahoma Division assumes control of the Train Service, Depot Service, Rip Rapping and Track of the Eastern Oklahoma Railway as far as Stillwater, and including Stillwater pump.

The Bridge and Buildings will still be under Mr. J. M. Wells and myself. The road from Stillwater to Pawnee also remains under my control; the dispatching being done from Arkansas City.

Please be governed accordingly.
