Topeka, May 31st, 1900.
To Heads of Departments:
At midnight tonight, that portion of the Eastern Oklahoma Railway extending from Guthrie to Stillwater, will be turned over by the Construction Department to the Operating Department. The dividing line between construction and operation at Stillwater will be at the north end of the industry track. Any bridge and building work between Guthrie and Stillwater that will not be finished by midnight tonight, will be completed by the Construction Dept., but this of course will not interfere with the operation of the line to Stillwater by the Operating Dept.
