I, James Dun, Chief Engineer of The Eastern Oklahoma Railway Company, do hereby certify that the track of the Eastern Oklahoma Railway was on the 31st day of May, A. D., 1900, constructed from a connection with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway (formerly the Arkansas City Extension of The Southern Kansas Railway) at Atchison, Mile Post 350 plus 2345 feet, said point being two miles plus 1280 feet north of the north end of the Guthrie depot, Logan County, Territory of Oklahoma, in an easterly direction to Mile Post 74 plus 510 feet (from Guthrie) at the town of Pawnee in Pawnee County, Territory of Oklahoma, a total distance of seventy-one and eighty-five one hundredths (71.85) miles; that all of said constructed railway lies within the limits of Logan, Payne and Pawnee Counties, Territory of Oklahoma, and is built on the line indicated by the map and profile of said railway on file in the office of the Chief Engineer at Topeka, Kansas.
