Dear Sir:

I have your favor of August 15th in relation to turning track over to Operation Department from mile post 59 to and including Pawnee Yards and enclose you copy of letter I have written Mr Mudge on the subject. As soon as advised by him of date of transfer, please make up pay rolls and pay off all track men engaged in surfacing, by discharge check so that transfer can be made without any further bills. I assume there will be some industry tracks to lay and surface after you turn over. If there is, please arrange to have Operating Department do this billing against Construction Eastern Oklahoma for the expense.
