Dear Sir:--

In reply to yours of September 28th, as to dates when Operating Department took charge to various points on the E.O. and the G&W Rys - beg to advise as follows:

On June 1st Operating Department took control of all train service on the E. O. Ry. With the exception of one work train and crew. Also assumed control of track from E.O. Junction to and including the pump just north of Stillwater.

On June 10th the remaining work train was removed from the E.O. to the G. & W. Ry.

On July 1st track from pump north of Stillwater to mile post 59 was turned to the Operating Department.

On August 31st the construction department was relieved of control of the remainder of main track from mile post 59 to end of track at Pawnee.

On September 15th Operating Department took charge of all track work remaining uncompleted; i.e., industrial sidings, etc.

On September 26th all bridge and building work was turned over to Mr Cross of the Operating Department. This relieving the construction company of all work on the E.O. Ry.

On July 29th the Operating Department took charge of the train service on the Guthrie and Western Railway relieving the Construction Deparment.

On August 10th all track work was turned over to the Operating Department.

On September 26th all unfinished work on this line was turned over to the Operating Department.

On September 26th all unfinished work on this line was turned over to the Operating Department for completion.
